She currently works for TfL, focusing on developing high-performing, safety critical capabilities and operational standards. Genevieve is passionate about youth development and creating clear pathways for young people to thrive in their careers by building the practical skills and confidence they need.

As a parent of two teenagers, Genevieve understands firsthand the current educational landscape and the vital role further education plays in bridging the gap between classrooms and the modern workplace.
